We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging.
TO START A RETURN:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@velorashophq.com with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
